Solved KitPvP Jartex and the kitpvp problem

First of all i would like to say... jartex needs a lot of work before it can be called good

I was playing kitpvp minding my own business pvping... next minute for the 4TH TIME IN 1 HOUR kitpvp crashes along with other servers such as prison.
idk why jartex network doesnt fix the problem that EVERYONE is complaining about. server was down for about 2mins and nobody could join which is what happened every other time. i log in and ive lost:

Yijki set (FULL ARMOUR)
Ultra Axe
Sharp 5 unbreaking 3 sword
1 crapple
KB 2 sword

these items take a very long amount of time to obtain and ive lost them due to a server BUG or issue... when i logged in my items were on the floor and WznYT picked up the items... https://prnt.sc/p0wrrw

Any chance i can get these items back? i can prove the server crashed during pvp as i recorded it on OBS

We don't refund items lost ingame as the rule is clearly is clearly explained. Unless it's a huge bug/exploit.

Instead of explaining it with the evidence, kindly make a bug report instead, with the video of the gamemode crashing.
