It's possible to pay a Rank or other object of the Store with Phone ? (Dedipass for exemple)
I wan't to pay a Rank in MiniGames but I can't pay without my Phone, my PayPal is empty :/

they are possible but there is a charge. You have to go to payment to pay with your mobile.

When I have added the Bronze Rank (For exemple) to my Cart, I click on "Checkout" and I enter all of my information for pay the rank.
I click on PayPal, Mollie or Stripe ? And after have click, What I does ?

There are xsolla payments which makes you be able to pay through phone. So you could buy those cards through store to apply them on any payment it has and its their apps could be installed and you will be able to pay them.
