Items Dropped On Death (Skyblock Glitch)

Hello Jartex staff & players, I',m making this thread to report a (VERY bad) glitch on skyblock dream (and possibly on fantasy too.) Today I was working in my villager grinder and mined all my spawners (10 stacks) and I accidentally poured lava on myself and died, but not before scooping it back into the bucket. When I went back to my island, I tried to pick up the dropped items, and they all disappeared for no reason, and the server wasn't even "removing entities." I tried putting a stick in my inventory and killing myself again, and as I expected it it disappeared when I returned and tried to pick it up. Please fix this really bad glitch, I'm really upset about it. If you don't believe me, try it yourself. I do not expect my items returned, I only ask that you fix this glitch ASAP. If it is a plugin, it's a REALLY bad and pointless one, and please delete it. Thank you.
