Grindstone is a block from a newer version of Minecraft than the one SkyBlock is based on (SkyBlock is based on minecraft 1.8), so there is no option to make the block at all. You can still make it on Survivial tho (Survival is based on minecraft 1.14)

Grind stone is a new block btw and the server runs on 1.8.9 or 1.12
