Solved Global It says Register but my account exist PROOF: -->

When i try log in it says register when i search my name on punishments it says account doesnt exist but when i type my username in shop it shows my account with my skin and everything PLEASE HELP my alt works fine nektarios12

Hey, Does it ask you to /regiset in game while having an account? or it's just the punishment page?

Try registering your account again. Just register again and see if it gives you your account back. General inquiry ticket: create a ticket here, make it medium or high, as I saw you had $200 worth of Gkits on that account, and ask Sr. Mods for a solution. One wants to really solve the issue, and making the ticket will help it be reviewed by many senior moderators and find a solution. If you have receipts of buying those gkits or proofs and such, maybe you can create a payment request issue, as you said it's worth $200 in real life money. There's nothing else you can do but ask for help. I'll ask developers too.

PROBLEM SOLVED I REGISTERED AND IT GAVE ME ALL MY STUFF but why IT SHOWS MY HEAD AS MY OLD SKIN BUT IN SERVER IT SHOWS ME WITH A NEW SKIN SOMETHING REALLY WEIRD HAPPEND HERE...

On about 13th June 2023 Jartex wiped all the accounts which had no donator rank and no email linked and who didnt join this year
Apparently they do this every year or two and many inactive accounts are now gone

Funny thing is that these accounts have just lost their friends list and punishment log
You can see their stats on forums but not their punishment log while their friends list is cleared
so if you were to register again you would get everything back as that data is still there
So please do that and you should get it back

The username which you see at the top is from jartex webstore
that page doesnt really have a login system and is just for saving IGN to which purchase is being made
as you see below it works with anything really

Donator is a forums/discord thing
It isnt automatically given, create a ticket for that and you should get it in no time

not really doing. The information on the Discord server will provide the user with a donator rank, but the account must be linked to Discord.
