Issue With Sword In Pvp/Spawn

Hello,I came across an issue in pvp when ever i right click it counts as if i am trying to place block (i can see the msg 'you cant't place block here') at first i taught my shield was bugging but later i realized that whenever i right click with my sword this happens i tried re-logging also killing my self .Its annoying as i glitch whenever i it happens my moment go unregistered and it feels like lagging.Do u guys have the same issue and can anyone suggest a fix.

Hey survival is for 1.14x-1.16x (it works on 1.17 too) i have tried 1.16 1.16.5 1.17 still doesnt fix
