Isit a glitch or soemthing help please

above and the bottom one are epics but are not combined is it a glitch or something else please help or i need to report bug

It seems that you put 2separate "100" Normal Pig Spawners, and if you Prestiged both spawners, it will not combine automatically.

I suggest breaking the other one and place it again, it should combine now.

For example,
You placed 100 Pig spawners on the ground, and then you placed 100 Pig spawners on top of it, if you prestiged both, it will happen just like that.

This is not a bug.

Nope, you don't need any ranks, you can ask someone to help you break spawners (preferably people with ranks)
