so um what im saying is in bridge fights(bedwars) you can use this and take 0 kb and I also use ladders a lot so when I get unbanned on jartex I just dont wanna be banned after 1 game so is this a bug should I report it or just let it be?

That's a feature, Pretty well known trick for taking no kb in ladder fights. You won't be banned for that dw
