Solved Is it possible to appeal Refusal of SS ban?

So recently my friend got banned and it was for refusal of SS I gave him a guide how to appeal and get it accepted by the thread made by JartexCommunity it was a guide how to appeal a ban. So then after like 30 mins he told me he sent the appeal so I told him Good Luck and yeah plz say #UnbanXstreamFriend if you want him to be unbanned. And as the title says can you appeal a ban on Refusal of SS?

I believe you can but I have never been froze to be screenshared. I know you can not appeal for admitting to cheats however.
