is cmpack ban-able?

I use a pvp client called cmpack and its pretty good for non premium users but I saw a post saying it should be blacklisted because of the mouse delay and hit delay so if the client becomes ban-able am I gonna be instant permanent ban without warning?

No you won't be banned (unless you get screenshared), it'll be listed on Blacklisted Modifications on the rules page. It's peoples responsibility to not use it :/
