Solved Immortal Factions Inventory Reset

On factions I logged back in after being off for 20 minutes and my inventory reset. I lost inquisitive V sword. Can Mex refund me my item?

This is the second time this has happened and I’m pissed.

(P.S this is NOT because factions reset. I’ve been playing for weeks)

This happened to me and i simply dmed voodootje0 on discord (voodootje0#0001) with the proof of me having the stuff in my inventory and i got it back in a day
