I got bored and skidded through the internet and found it.

You can choose whatever case lol, as long as it's Micro ATX, prob $10 at least
Gigabyte GA78LMTUSB3 R2 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard, $59.99
And a monitor of your choice, but if your cheap like me, you can use a used 1366x768 mini TV from Best Buy.
Oh and Photoshop, but paint.net would work fine too. $0 - $9.99/month
