If you were muted or banned, you have 2 options:
  • Buy an Unban / Unmute from the store HERE;
  • Make an appeal HERE.
Note: We want you to know that buying an unban / unmute is not your only option. You can create an unban/unmute appeal and our staff team will decide if you will be unbanned or not. This part will mainly explain the appeal process.
Why was I punished?
If you were punished, either muted or banned, it is because you broke one of our server rules. We have a variety of different server rules, and because of this, your punishment can modify depending on what rule you broke. You can find information regarding your punishment below.

-=-Mutes-=-

If you have been muted, below you will find information as to why you have been muted and how to proceed with appealing.
Please note that not all mute reasons may be represented, below.

  • Targeting Players
If you were muted for targeting players, this was because you were either repeatedly verbally attacking another player or targeting a certain group of players due to color, religion, ethnicity, etc.
  • Spam/Swearing/Inappropriate/Disrespecting/Threatening
If you were muted for the above reason, this was because you were either spamming in chat, swearing, being inappropriate in chat, disrespecting players or staff members, or threatening players. (DDoS, Hacking, Death)
  • Social Media Advertising
If you were muted for advertising your social media account or content such as advertising YouTube channel, or advertising twitch, you were advertising on the server without the YouTube / Twitch rank which is against the rules.
  • Other Mutes
There may be other mute reasons not covered by the above, but if you were muted for something other than the above, the mute reason should be specific enough to understand.
-=-Bans-=-

If you have been banned, below you will find information as to why you have been banned and how to proceed with appealing.
Please note that not all ban reasons may be represented below.

  • Blacklisted Modifications
If you were banned for blacklisted mods / clients, this means that you were using modifications not allowed on the server. You can find a list of allowed modifications located HERE.
  • Chat Related Bans (Spam / Swearing / Mute Evading / Threatening / etc.)
If you were banned for chat related offenses, such as spamming, swearing, mute evading (through signs/books/f change name), or threatening players this means that you have accumulated multiple previous mutes or your chat offense was too extreme and resulted in a ban.
  • Advertising IP's
If you were banned for advertising IP or domains, this means that you were publicly posting another server's IP.
  • Inappropriate Usernames
If you were banned for inappropriate name or bad name, this means that your name was deemed inappropriate for the server. If you want to make an appeal, you must change your username, because since the server is cracked, it won't support an username changing if do you own a premium account.
  • Inappropriate Buildings
If you were banned for inappropriate buildings, this means that you were building inappropriate structures in gamemodes.
  • Other Bans
There may be other ban reasons not covered by the above. If you were banned for something other than the above, the ban reason should be specific enough to understand.

Appeal Process
  • Creating the appeal - This is the most important. It is very simple to create an appeal. Just read the information that you can find over HERE. If you simply follow the instructions, the chance of getting unbanned or unmuted will be higher.
  • Writing the appeal - The last question in the appeal is 'Why should we unban/unmute you?' Make sure you give as much detail as you can about what happened or why you did this.
  • Waiting after you appealed - To have more chances to be unbanned or unmuted you must stay patient. We are dealing every day with many appeals and we want you to be patient and don't ask staff members to look at your appeal.
Note: Asking a staff member to look in your appeal, it will be immediately denied.

Advice - When creating an appeal, make sure to give us as much detail we need. How more information you will give the better the chance is of getting a unban. Take responsibility; this shows us you are taking this serious and really want to be unbanned.
Note: Keep in mind that appealing does not guarantee you an unban!
