What you do is join Jartex discord and ask some staff to kick you

When it says that you are already connected, this either means that someone has logged into your account or, in most cases, you're bugged. To find out you are bugged, you could ask a friend or use an alt and do /find (Username) and if it says you're in null, you're bugged. To fix this bug, you must close your minecraft and wait around 15 - 30 minutes and then open minecraft once more and join Jartex.
