im reporting a bug at my /level

Hello its me again.
Everytime a /level, in /is collector msg say i get the reward but i dont get nothing.
Only reward i got was 3 pig spawners, rest i didnt get nothing. Not even carrots and potatoes, a had to ask another player.
I can go to island wood and thats all.
All players are geting rewards except my island . Plz help.
