Solved i'm not using a vpn though

i was playing yesterday in the server, it was fine until i tried coming into the server to play bedwars with my friend and it said i can't join because of i was "using a vpn" i checked my settings but i wasn't using one, can someone help me?

If you were talking about Login Denial
Please do one of these steps:
Restart your router 1-3 times
Tag a Helper+ to whitelist you in #assistance-chat
