Solved Immortal Factions I would like a refund. (Gkit Keys on factions)

So what happened was i purchased the Gkit keys on factions and opened them all saving the God keys for last, the key spun to then slow down then land on the spawner bundle. I press escape then check my inventory (where there was more then enough space) to find nothing was there. Afterwords i let a number of staff know about this issue and ask for my stuff where i find out nothing can be done about it. I don't want 'Gkit keys' if when the keys glitch nothing gets done about it which leads me to ask for a refund.
If I am given my legendary spawner bundle i will no longer want a refund as the issue would have been dealt with. Thanks - DisruptivePvP (Active on factions)
