Solved I was muted for 24 hours with no reason 2 times why is this happening?

I Mostly play creative (even though it crashes a lot)
I Got a 24-hour mute for no reason, please help (this happened 2 times)

I Didn't use caps-lock I got muted after creative crashed btw so when it crashed I played pika network survival for a hour,
then when I join I'm muted for caps and I didn't even do it also how will I type caps if I was on a different server? I'm really confused about the reasoning.

well caps lock was not the only rule you broke, you were being rude towards a certain person in the chat as well

The person was calling people noobs just since they didn't want to PVP him I was getting annoyed since he kept spamming it in chat then someone said "shut up" to him he said "rude " and i said "YOU WERE BEING TOXIC FIRST" and i got muted for that still confused
