I actually want to change my minecraft name for quite a long time so will I get banned If I change it

Yes unless if you attempt to ban/mute evade

You can change your Minecraft name but the stats/ranks/items on your last Username will not be transfered on your new username unless you buy a Rank Transfer Here. Because all stats are stored in Usernames.

ShirakamiKazuo Pretty much pointed out almost everything. However, If you feel like playing on your other user username, you can use a cracked launcher too.
