Hello there, I currently have 3 Donator ranks, (SkyVIP, Architect, Gold) I have donator on my discord account but not on forums account.

You can also message lower staff and ask them to contact sr mods on your behalf since they are way more in touch with them than us

It will be handy if you get an ingame screenshot of your rank too along with your discord donator role
