Solved I still havent recieved my rank from the reset giveaway. Who should i contact?

So as from my title i still havent recieved my rank from the reset giveaway even after the twitter admins said they already applied the rank to the account and its getting furstrating since the twitter admins arent responsive and when i tried asking rodagave ingame he ignored me. I thought of contacting rodagave from discord but i dont have his user. So who else can i contact to sort this out or have the problem resolved
