Hello Jartex staff, I recently posted a ticket due to a problem with getting my long awaited Immortal rank.

Dejeyy having won the contest to get the immortal rank but already having the highest rank decided to give it to me and had sent a message on Twitter to give it to me but since then I haven't had any answer and haven't got the rank.

I've contacted a lot of staff members and tried to get in touch with the admins but there's been no response so I wanted to know what I should do?

First of all you've to wait since you applied a ticket, wait for response to it, we cannot review them but only the management team.​

You could of also submit a payment issue which you can get in touch with Max, however I do not recommend you that since you opened a ticket.​
