Well try finding trustworthy people man and don't invite them instantly(Trust me its the worst thing you can do,I had people grief my island previous season and it sucks.) good luck!

1) Find someone who will be active on your island.
2) Make sure he's/she's trustworthy and not a griefer.
3) Don't make him instantly admin or mod on your island (He/she has to earn the island mod and admin).
