I need help with spawners

Hi,I need help with two questions for cow spawners.First one is do i get it if i destroy it with stone pickaxe and second one is what is most efficient way to kill cows for someone who just started?

Hello! you need a break spawner voucher to break spawners. You cant break spawners with a normal pickaxe.
The most efficient way is to get a sword with sharpness 3 or 4 on it then push the cow in a corner then kill the cows.
