Solved I need help logging back in

So I played this sever a while back with my friends and, we want to play it again, but I forgot my password and for some reason the / email thing and the / reset password isn't working for me and any of you help me out. My User Name is AriTown, and my friends user name is Gimmy_a_Min. We both would be glad if you could help us hop back on this sever.

Keep in mind its not an easy task
You will be asked different thinkgs like all your alts, all your IPs and transaction IDs if you made any purchases

So if you did link your email in past to Jartex, using ./resetpassword is the easiest way to reset it

for some reason the / email thing and the / reset password isn't working for me

When you type ./resetpassword, it will send password to you on your email
which later you can change

You can make a Password reset request, or type /resetpassword in Jartex if you have your email linked
When making a Password reset request you will be asked for Minecraft username, IP, all registered alt accounts and stuff.
You might visit https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to find your IP.
You get donator when you have a rank, if you don't have a rank select "No, I am not a donator." if you got a rank as a gift, select "Yes, a friend gave me a rank/gkit/command." if you won a rank giveaway or something, select "Yes, I won a rank/gkit/command." and if you bought it yourself, select "Yes, I bought a rank/gkit/command."
For Transaction ID, provide the transaction ID of the rank you purchased.

The /reset password is not working for you because you jartex account is not connected with discord account. Make sure to link your account, type /linkaccount in-game, once you log in back, to prevent it in future!!
