I need help if I want trial.

Ok so... I want to become staff in the future but right now i cant apply for trial, due to the fact that i currently play with 40fps max and 10fps min and to apply i need to report 10 hackers am I right?
The issue is if i record i may be running on 1fps and then you wont be able to tell if they're hacking or not. Any qdvice on how i can report em without recordid 1fps??

frst of all you don't need 10 reports but 10 messages (reply on suggestions help people etc). I suggest that you try out bandicam since it is a good screen recorder for `bad` computer
