Solved I need help, /email doesn't send me anything.

I think this is the right place to post this, if not please inform me where to post about this. I tried to link my email to my account using /email (and then my email), it said that we have sent you an email verification, it's been 10/15 minutes and still no email from jartex. Is that normal? How long does it take?

Hallo,

It usually takes 2 to 3 mins, if you are not getting verification emails. Try using different mail ID.

and it to get verification on Gmail takes less than 1 minute

Nope, sadly. I checked if I wrote the email correctly like mamboss said. It was correct, I also tried using a different email and it wasn't sent. However I am getting other emails from jartex such as updates perfectly fine, It's just the email linking that is still not working.

It was bugged for me as well, but changing the email fixed the issue and I was able to link my account. Try resending the verification message and if it doesn't work contact one of the Srmods to link it for you manually.
