Solved I have Immortal rank on KitPvP and no Donator on forums :(

what do i do to get the donator role in the forums and discord?

You may ask a SR.MOD on discord/forums with a screenshot showing your rank. They will reply back when they get time.
For Donator rank in discord, you may link your ingame account to Jartex Discord server.
