Solved Store I had a rank two years ago, where is it now?

Two years ago or somewhere around two years ago, I had the bronze rank. I have now logged in 2 years later to see that I have to register my account? I was confused, but I went ahead and done it. I went on to Bedwars and what do you know? I'm level 1 without my Bronze rank I purchased for Minigames two years ago. What happened and what can I do?

P.S: My discord is phone locked if anyone could help with that I'd appreciate it a lot since my phone number isn't working.

If there are any admins reading, could you just check my IP to see what accounts I'm registered to? I may have forgot the username. Reply w/ the account names here! The account I'm currently using ingame is JuicyTrollz
