I got perma banned for sneak?

I was just to join the Jartex Server when BOOM perma ban for sneak in survival, I don't know what that eans help me, I don't wanna be banned, I'll make apeal when I know what TheSansy means by "SNEAK".

You're not banned. Please restart your router. You may also need to restart your PC afterward. Then proceed to join the server. If this does not resolve your issue, proceed to contact a member of the staff team for further help.
