I Got Muted For not a Good Reason

Dear Moderators, Developers,
I just wanna be clear. can i get muted or banned for typing the "Same Thing" at least every 2-3 mins? Is that bannable or mutable. or using too much capslock like as " For sale EMERALD and DIAMOND Blocks on AH!! " Just wanna be clear. Thanks for the answers especially to moderators.

Hmm you can appeal on the Forums for unmute. Also you can contact with the specific player who punished you.
