Solved I got banned for doing nothing...

I got ipadress banned when I was offline. It says i'm a bot which i'm not! There is a HUGE misunderstanding between the server and me. so i would like an unban which i deserve. If staffs are on. PLEASE reply to me on what I did wrong. Thanks for your time reading this <3
