hi i am trying to get my password but for some reason every time i type my password it says wrong password. And when i type /resetpassword it says i need a email which i dont have added

Hello, Frann3kgam3r.

If this is your first time logging in, this means that someone has already used that name on the server before. They have already registered an account under that username. The only way to fix this is by simply filling in another name in your launcher so you can play with a name that nobody has played on Jartex with before.

If the same issue occurs, this means that that username has already been used aswell and you need to find one that isn’t registered yet.
