Solved Global I forgot my pass and I need help (pls read before saying anything)

So I haven't played jartex in a long time and I forgot my password. Yesterday, I requested a password reset (but it hasn't been accepted yet). I just checked my email and it says I got an email from jartex network yesterday saying my password was changed yesterday? I don't know what that means so I'm just going to screenshot it and send it here (and ofcourse crop the ip part). It says I got this email a day ago.

It seems you have your email connected! Which is great. You can log in and use the command "/resetpassword" and it'll send you a email with a link to reset your password however due to this email, it seems your connected email may have been disconnected.

With this being said, you'll have to wait for your password request to be accepted. However, you can contact me on Discord (Liam Linartas#0002) in order for me to ban your account for "Compromised Account".​
