Lobby I do not get my reset password mail in my email.

I want to reset my password but i am not getting the mail from which i change it please help me.

- I am sorry to hear that you have forgotten your password, I will be showing you solutions you will be able to follow depending on what you already did on JartexNetwork before forgetting your password.

- First, you need to know that there is no way for you to retrieve your current password, that is why the only solution you have is to reset your password. To proceed, there are two possible cases:

- You linked your email to your JartexNetwork account:
Congratulations, you foresaw that you would forget your password one day. You are able to perform the command /resetpassword in game, in the login lobby. Once performed, follow the steps indicated.

- You didn't link your email to your JartexNetwork account:
Unfortunately, this case is more annoying than the first one. Indeed, in order to reset your password, you will have to fill a form available on JartexNetwork forums. After filling this form, you will have to wait until a Sr.Mod handles it. Once you get an answer below your Password Reset Request, follow the steps that are written in order to be able to play again on JartexNetwork.

After following these steps, your password should be reset, permitting you to play again, enjoy playing back on JartexNetwork!
