MY IGN:bokbokbok So, today i was at Factions, and there was a guy named Bdog03 and he said he bought ranks for people so i gave him my adidas set, and he ''bought the vip rank'' he said make a report on the forums, so here i am, he said the payment didnt go through, so please can i get the VIP rank on factions thank you for reading IGN: bokbokbok

He most likely scammed you, however scamming is allowed on factions so you are not able to report him. And if you are then this is still an incorrect place to report him. Unfortunately nothing can be done and your items cannot be retrieved back. Sorry. You are also not able to get a VIP Rank if you didn't get one due to a scam. Make sure to be more careful in the future and if the payment didn't actually go through then ask the player you messaged for proof if you can and see if they can submit something in the payment issues area if they actually did pay and the money was lost but no rank given. I am sorry but that is all I can do.
