Solved I cant login to the server

So basically my normal IGN is Outname, but when I try go into the server it doesnt't let me in and it says "You should join using username OutName, not Outname.
Help please

The player is already registered on the server therefore they asked you to change it. But if you ask for a reset, it is not happening as someone already made some progress on that account. The only option is to change the name to a different one.​
