Solved I can't join Jartex

So today for some reason it wouldn't let me play on JartexNetwork
Basically:
I log onto Jartex without any password requierement. (Even if i restart my PC)
Everything around is black but my game is not frozen or anything similar, also i can see my inventory and tab.
After a couple of seconds i see players but they don't move.
And after a minute it shows me that shown in the picture down below.

NOTE:
I've checked my internet and it's good, and getting around 80MS
I also tried joining other servers too see if the same thing would happen and it didn't.

if you can turn off player visibility, whenever I switch to a different wifi it works aswell.

It doesn't let me to turn of the player visibility, and i also tried to switch to a different WiFi or turning the internet off and on, and it didn't change anything.

It could also be the hubs TPS, if you just wait patiently and don’t spam the compass you may be able to join. You can try using the /server command and changing minecraft versions
