Solved Global Other I cant activate my accound at jartexnwtwork website.

Hello my name is ballveer and i cant activate my account in jartex website. I added my email in the server and the verification mail came to my mail and it takes me to jartex home page and tells me to sign in to my account and i did it.But after some moths I have been not playing. and i forgot my password so i tried to /password reset and it says there is no mail linked or verified to this account.
I tried to verify it again today buy it just takes me to jartex home page and tells me to sign in and i did but it wont still let me reset my password.
Please send some answers. i need help.

Jartex website i.e. forums and Jartex minecraft server have no direct connection (You cant connect them)

To connect email:
You can connect your account to email using ./email, that lets you change password in future if you forget it
To connect discord:
Use ./linkaccount and paste whatever code they give you in #link_account channel on Jartex discord

If you have forgotten password without linking your email, make a password reset request over at

when i click on the link that jartex send to verify my mail it sends me to jartex home page and i logged in again and again but when i go and do /resetpassword it just say accound not verified

Yes, because its just a verification email
once that is done, it will always just send you back to homepage
There is no point setting up account after losing your password
Just make a password request over at https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/password-reset.71/
