I CANT ACCESS THE COMMAND "/ENDERCHEST"

my sister who plays this game mode was able to use this command the day before yesterday but now we cant seem to be able to access it for some reason,she had all her important stuff stored in that vault,

In Survival Gold, Diamond, Emerald, and Resource, Player vaults are disabled temporarily due to the Duplication Glitch

You can only open vaults in /spawnserver
