so basically i bought mystery wizard pet on prison from /soulshop and i didnt get it.
my inventory was not full
it isn't in my gift either

After reviewing the screenshot you provided and the statements I am sure it's a bug, I would suggest to bug report here with the same proof you listed here.
Note: you can't get your stuff back since staff and devs cannot provide you with your stuff back if gone due to a bug.
