Solved I am not ban but I cannot connect to the server

hello, I had a ban message during my connection to the server (permanent ban) but after an unban appeal, I was told that I am not ban and that I will have to restart my router or restart my pc but nothing helps.
it is possible that it comes from my ip address because it is fixed and not dynamic.
I can also send you a screen of my response to my unban call as proof.

Try restarting your router 1-3 times, if it doesn't work DM a SrMod+
