Scamming is allowed on factions, If the trade started on factions the scam is allowed.
Lets say for example the trade starts on kitpvp to factions, The game mode the trade starts on (in this example kitpvp) then the scam is not allowed.

But if the scam starts on factions to kitpvp then its allowed.
