Lucky Coins are sunflower-looking in the game.
You can obtain them by killing a certain boss in the boss world (Goblin Boss which is located to the left of the entrance of the magic mountain map), it's a very small chance to get one so it is considered rare.
They are basically used only for leveling up missions/quests but you can also freely trade them with other players for the sake of money or whatever you need.
