How to spice up your forums replies?

I was looking at some forum replies on some threads and saw a little widget of a stat or piece of info. How do I add that because I'm a noob at that kind of stuff.

Head over to Account > Signature, that will be the message Under your Forum post.

 

[not_Nuggets]

You can add spoilers, which are the little boxes, as well. There should be a symbol with 3 dots

that you can click. Then, click the crossed out eye, and you can make a spoiler!
There is a limit to how many lines can be in your signature
