You have to right click on item to sell it, not left click, or you could put it in a chest and sellwand it, that works for levels
too

Auction House sales - You must have the item in your hand:
/ah sell <amount>

Shop sales:
/shop 🢡 Select the item you're trying to sell 🢡 Click on it and it should give you the option to sell.

I do not understand why you're using a phone for it though.
