Solved Global how to improve connection to this server

So my wifi is very unstable on this server, it was around 500ms when i play on this server. pls give me any soltuions that will help

Try changing to different wifi operator if you could or just try using VPN and connecting to Germany or somewhere around it, because i believe the hosting of the server is somewhere around there

Using a VPN won't affect your Ping/Ms. The server is hosted in France. There's no solution to this, as it either could your WiFi or the place where you live, which could be far from France.
