does anyone have an idea on how to get it, is it in silver crates or in bronze crates

You can get it in any creates, but the higher the crate is like (sliver Or gold) there is higher chance to get healer kit.

bro I don't know, I could open a gold crate and get the same common thing 5 times in a row the drops are trash. Pray to jesus for extra luck and maybe in 1 year you will get it.

Just open any brain washer box and you might get it out of luck. Since the healer kit isn't really that high in rarity so any box would do fine.

Usually it's very easy to get it idk if they nerfed it tho because when I started playing sw in like a few tries I got healer on both solo and duo

I'll let you in on a secret. As someone who has used literally hundred of brains just this month, gold brain washers SUCK. Open bronze and silvers ones, since healer is common, open the bronze one, I got it from a bronze washer.
