Your title and the body dont match at all SMH

You get brains by eliminating players, theres a specific chance that a player when killed will drop a brain. This chance can be upgraded in coin shop using coins. You can also get brains by purchasing them using coins.
You also get a good amount of brains through contracts, missions, deliveries and clan rewards

As of now there are two brackets,
Vote green bracket which can be obtained from voting crate as its rarest reward and
Halloween bracket which you need to obtain by purchasing any of the two halloween bundles from the goldshop
