Solved how to enter the servers

I am a Chinese player.My friend want to enter the servers.
but he could not enter
he didnot use VPN,he is a normal user
how to deal with this problem?

Hello cctv-cgtn.
It seems you are encountering Bot Filter VPN Issues, and luckily it has a simple solution

Here is what you should do if you got detected by the Anti-Bot Filter.

- @tag A Helper+ telling them about your issue and provide a screen-shot of the entire screen, meaning the taskbar must be visible.
It is preferable if you tag a staff member in Online mode.

- Wait for their reply patiently. If you have not gotten a reply after 10 minutes, please consider sending a private message to a different staff member, the staff member you tagged might've been busy.

- If you were to have a VPN, turn it off and send a screen-shot one more time. - If you prefer not to turn your VPN off for any specific reason, consider applying for a VPN Bypass Request over here https://jartexnetwork.com/form/11/select.

Our community will give you the help needed in case no staff replies to you. They will tag a different staff member. Please keep in mind that the staff team is pretty busy doing some other things and might not be able to attend your issue immediately.

First of all if you are incase you are using VPN turn it off, you aint going furthur without a proper bypass request

If you are not then, try restarting your router or your phone data incase you use mobile hotspot, try this step for 10-30 mins
if the problem still persists go to Assistance_chat on Jartex Discord and post ss there (Should include taskbar too)
And ask a helper+ staff to whitelist your ip
